A)     BRIEF CV of Dr. M. Rahman:

 

 

Dr. Mujeeb ur Rahman is Assistant Professor in Biostatistics at Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, University of Delhi. He obtained his masters degree and did his Ph.D. in Statistics from the Osmania University, Hyderabad. Dr M. Rahman has more than two decades of teaching and research experience in under-graduate and post-graduate medical institutions. He is member of several professional bodies/societies relating to Biostatistics (viz. Editorial Board of Indian journal of Chest Diseases & Allied Sciences of VPCI, Reviewer for Indian Journal of Medical Research, etc.). He is also life member of professional societies such as, Society for Development of Statistics (SDS), Osmania University, Hyderabad-500007, A.P., Indian Society for Medical Statistics (ISMS), Indian Association of Preventive & Social Medicine (IAPSM), Nutrition Society of India (NSI), Hyderabad, India. Further, he is also providing Statistical Consultation and data analysis to the Faculty Members of various departments and Students of VPCI. He is the Principal Investigator and Co-investigator of several extramurally research projects funded by various governmental agencies (viz. DBT, UGC, ICMR, etc.).
