The Institute is located in the north campus of the University of Delhi, opposite Sri Ram College of Commerce and next to Miranda House. It is bounded  by Guru Teg Bahadur Marg (entry to Gate no. 1), Shreya Mishra Marg (entry to Gate nos. 2 and 3) and Chhatra Marg (entry to Gate no. 4).

For visiting the Administrative block (multistorey building), please use Gate no. 1.

For visiting the Auditorium, please use Gate no. 2.

For visiting the hospital wing (including emergency), please use Gate nos. 3 and 4.

Paid parking is available at Gate no. 4 during working hours.
